The Fest

678-680 Fulham Road, London, SW6 5SA

The Fest aims to create an authentic Oktoberfest experience along the lines of Munich, so guests can enjoy a sample of the world's biggest party through out the year. On the weekdays the pub offers an English flavour such as great sports coverage, poker tournaments, pool and darts, and at weekends it's the German influence that counts. It's an ideal spot to hang out with friends after a busy day over a drink. All the ingredients are sourced from the people who supply the Oktoberfest. For starters then, beer ring, bull ring of tasty wurst complete with rope and ties straight from the German butcher, and tasty salami, that goes well with the lager. For main course consider delicious mushroom brie, hazelnut and cranberry parcel, served with chips and salad, or the herb and pork sausage served with sauerkraut, pommes, and a selection of German mustards.

REVIEWS OF The Fest

Foodieno1 (9 January 2010)

I went to the Oktoberfest in Germany for the sixth time last year and after last Saturday night I can honestly say that this is the closest thing to beer fest that I have experienced outside of Munich. The beers were huge, the food authentic and in massive portions. Great atmosphere! The German band was little loud when we were there but the drinking games were fun and it was really worth the effort. I give it a big thumbs up, great fun!
