You could begin with speck ham and melon, smoked trout with horseradish, beef carpaccio with walnuts and parmesan shavings or a charcuterie platter with olives and feta cheese stuffed baby peppers. Then proceed with poached salmon with pomegranate couscous, grilled lamb cutlets with sautéed aubergines, spinach, pine nuts and sultana tortellini with goat's cheese or grilled corn fed chicken breast with white bean purée.
