Located at the hub of The Crown Plaza Manchester this very swish restaurant plays host to some quite serious people. The menu is classic French and considering the décor and glitz of the surroundings the food is surprisingly muted, though not to the point of being disappointing and service is impeccable. Bearing in mind the relative newness of almost everything else the wine list makes interesting reading and house wine is at £13.50.French
