Whilst the food was really tasty, it was pretentious and dated. My starter consisted of one scallop and one tortellini either side of the plate, which considering it cost an extra £2.50 on top of the main cost of £32 for three courses. The dining room was a bit stuffy and we didn’t feel comfortable talking above a whisper. The service was good but the owner kept walking around talking to tables, all of whom were couples. The dessert wasn't great but the main course was lovely.
