The Griffin restaurant, is a small diner nestled comfortably to one side of Gray's Inn Gardens, also known as 'The Walks' and is just a five-minute walk from Chancery Lane Station. Originally designed in 1606 by Sir Francis Bacon, the gardens offer the perfect backdrop for guests to enjoy an alfresco lunch or a special dinner prepared in modern European style, while watching the world go by. The ambience is airy and peaceful and is a sanctuary for guests wanting to get away from the bustling streets of the surrounding city.

The menu is often varied and consists of dishes like pork belly, chicken Caesar salad, aubergine parmigiana and other interesting picks such as swordfish steak with vegetable noodles and wasabi salsa. The complimentary bread accompanying the meal, is fresh and served with little dishes of melted butter.

Puddings are a series of classics like chocolate brownie and prune; Armagnac tart and raspberry crème brûlée while the international wine list can be savoured, consisting of red, white and rose wines and champagne together with, whiskeys and vodkas and other spirits.
