For a leisurely lunch with friends head to The Grill Room decorated in a clean, bright style with dark wood tables and red leather seating. Head Chef Mark Allen Jones' menu comes with a modern British feel and may include starters of smoked salmon roulade with caviar, herbs and celery remoulade, and pressed tomato terrine with a feta cheese fondant and basil pesto.
