From the à la carte you could come to expect foie gras and ginger parsnip followed by rib of black beef, carrot, swede and black pepper mash with fiery red wine gravy. Finally end with the chocolate and whisky cheesecake or the Welsh cheeseboard. The global wine list is extensive, featuring some local Cardiff and Pembroke favourites as well.
