The Hastings Eating and Drinking House opened doors for diners in late 2009 and has since attracted tremendous attention in The Fylde. Split across three dining areas under its large Victorian roof, you may choose to be seated at the bar, enjoying brilliantly cooked light bites that go well with your drink, or the main fine dining restaurant done up with stylish contemporary local artwork, exuding a warm and friendly ambiance. Chef Warrick Dodds and his team leave no stone unturned to ensure that the freshest ingredients in the season are sourced and that the food miles are reduced to the minimum.
