The food is equal to the best in the Lakes, with a thoughtful wine list and friendly, unpretentious service and presentation. We live in Cumbria and eat here more often than any other restaurant.

This is a very nice restaurant. The staff are bright and attentive, the host quietly enthusiastic, the décor pleasant and comfortable, and the food rather good and well priced. I have already recommended it to several friends who visit the area.
