It comes as no surprise to know that that The Landmark Restaurant on West Main Street was once a Mormon Church. Its distinctive gable roof and ambience point to its religious past. A historical photo gallery throws more light on it. Ironically the restaurant's Heritage Hall is offered for weddings and can accommodate up to 185 people. A gluten-free menu is also available.

The Landmark's upstairs Salad Room offers a wide range of salads to suit all tastes. Dip into ones like macaroni dill, wild rice confetti, seafood, coleslaw and carrot raisin or put together your own garden salad. Make a complete meal of it with additional hot dishes like meatballs in marinara sauce, chicken tenders in BBQ sauce and calico beans, along with sides like quail’s eggs, corn relish and marinated mushrooms. If you don’t wish to do that, opt for entrées like filet mignon, applewood smoked baby back pork ribs, pan seared scallops, chicken Kiev, beef stroganoff, stuffed meatloaf and lamb chops. The dessert selection offers Bourbon bread pudding, chocolate mousse, pecan pie, chocolate cake, strawberry yoghurt and a range of fresh fruit. A glass of white or red wine complements the meal admirably.
