The Lost Angel

339 Battersea Park Road, London, SW11 4LS

Located on Battersea Park Road, The Lost Angel is described as ‘a bar, boozer and restaurant’ exclusively designed to pay homage to the traditional pubs of London. The design is both quirky and traditional with stuffed pheasants, trumpets masquerading as light fixtures, a telephone box, and an indoor forest, all under the watchful gaze of a towering portrait of Her Majesty, the Queen. Like any good neighbourhood restaurant there are plenty of menus like the a la carte, pub, snacks, buffet, canapé and a BBQ menu during summer months. Choose from delights such as medallions of beef with pan fried asparagus, sun dried tomatoes, lamb’s lettuce and basil butter, or fillet steak with chunky chips, roast cherry tomatoes, peppercorn sauce or red wine jus.

REVIEWS OF The Lost Angel

Emma Roberts (12 June 2009)

I have been to The Lost Angel twice now, once during the week for the great British pub quiz and food, and once at the weekend for a friend’s party. I can honestly say what a great place it is and would definitely recommend it to others. The staff are fantastic, top serves with really tasty food and some of the best cocktails I have tried and I like my cocktails, so that says a lot. The music at the weekend makes a change from the norm you hear everywhere with a eclectic mix that had me and my friends dancing all night. Warning: your feet may hurt a little the next day but it was well worth it.
