Lunch or dinner here could begin with seafood starters like batter fried king prawns, prawn puri or steamed mildly spiced prawns with tamarind and coconut. Tandoori chicken, lamb tikka or tandoori lamb chops with garlic naan brings on the main course with option of a curry, either chicken rogan josh, Malayan lamb or prawn dupiaza, instead. A basmati pulao or a chicken biryani adds substance to the meal.
