Named after Delhi's majestic 17th century Red Fort, this establishment is one of the original Indian restaurants in London to break free from the mould. Opened in 1982 on Dean Street in Soho, the restaurant offers real Mughalai cooking by using high quality British ingredients as well as those from India. Here you can expect more unusual choices from a whole range of regional biryanis to tandoori dishes, from the luxurious, like Scottish lobster with saffron, garlic, cinnamon and nutmeg', to seafood specialities such stone bass fillet with mustard seed, coconut milk and curry sauce.
