I have heard lots of people commenting on how great The Salisbury Arms is for dinner, but I was very surprised at how good it was for a family lunch. I took my two kids and they had great meals off the kids menu. It seems like real food - no nuggets at £5.95. It matched the value of the haggis and blackpudding hash I had off the lunch menu at £6.95 which was outstanding. This place also has great real ale, Doombar and a pretty good wine selection.
