Situated in the heart of Northamptonshire countryside, 2 miles from Althorp House, the ancestral home of Diana, Princess of Wales, The Saracens Head was built in the 17th century. The venue is a traditional village inn with character and charm, and is privately owned and run free house with a selection of well kept cask ales and lagers along with an extensive wine list. The log burner offers a cosy feel to the bar in winter or you can sit outside in summer in the beer garden to take advantage of the views across the open fields and the finer weather.

Head chef Adam Tindall and his team have put together an exciting menu, and they create some great dishes using fresh locally sourced produce. Specialities there include Cajun chicken strips with Dijon and honey dip, garlic mushrooms topped with melted mozzarella and served with rustic bread, 10 oz horseshoe gammon steak topped with either peaches and brie or egg and pineapple.
