We have had numerous meals there and enjoyed good quality food and service. However, our most recent meal will be our last as there seemed to be a touch of arrogance from certain members of staff, higher-ups, which was highly off-putting. The first impressions are of a wonderful place to come and enjoy your food but if you are paying good money and have enjoyed quality restaurants in the past you will know that you are entitled to make a polite complaint if your food is not up to standard. On our last occasion at the Swan a complaint was needed and the response from management was nothing less than intimidating. This was not helped by the fact that after complaining a rather large gentleman who was eating next to us and seemed to know the manager made the rest of the evening an extremely tense atmosphere.

We popped in to sample the cocktails and after a Pimms and mojito, we were very impressed. The bar staff were informative, and their presentation and panache really made for a great afternoon.
