Mild lamb korma and murgh darbari, chicken in a cashewnut based gravy, present a study in contrast. Chicken dopiaza and lamb mince with peas, both from Hyderabad, as well as sesame fried prawns, ginger chicken and tilapia fish tikka provide more food for thought. Vegetarians can feel at ease with sizzled chilli paneer, tossed garlic mushrooms, chickpeas curry and sautéed potato and cauliflower.
