Overlooking the picturesque Lake district, the Terrace Restaurant and Bar is an inviting bistro set amongst nature with food that is equally healthy and wholesome, apt to bring diners a certain sense of déjà vu. Lauded for its fare, the restaurant sources all ingredients locally, with cheeses and meat as well as specialities like smoked salmon, purchased directly from the Isle of Lewis. The Josper oven, a speciality from Spain, prepares dishes like Cumberland ring sausages with creamed potatoes, onion crisps, gravy and thick cut gammon steak with grilled pineapple and chunky chips, with a unique flavour and quality.
