Having passed this beautiful of pub by, we thought it was going to be a complete let down or fabulous. Thankfully, it was the latter. Just wonderful, cannot praise it enough,lovely relaxing setting, an open fire, nooks and snugs. The staff were just lovely sadly did not get our waitresses name but she was exceptional, perfect balance of friendly banter with all our group(mixed ages) and leaving us to eat the delicious food, great menu, varied choices, for all palates, much better than over priced and hyped restaurants we have been to and regretted. We had 3 starters, 6 mains, 5 deserts and couple of drinks each for £120, excellent value. Can see this becoming a favourite, going this weekend.

Simply can't praise this place enough! Fantastic food and lovely friendly staff. I highly recommend this beautiful place to anyone. It’s a thatched pub with lovely decor inside, I can't fault it. Keep up the good work.
