We visited The Tollemache Arms on a Friday evening and did not make a reservation but we got a table immediately. We enjoyed the three course dinner and could not fault the quality and presentation of the food. There was venison and pork belly for mains and they have good house wines at reasonable prices, although many more expensive choices are available. This place got busy after 8 pm but the service was good. We are new to the area and this was our first visit, we will certainly go back again.

I visited this restaurant last week with my wife and two sons. The food was excellent with friendly service, I only wish it had been a little busier! The venison was superb and we would not hesitate in going again next time we are in the area.
