The strategic location on Trinity Street places Vaults right in the heart of the City Centre and is an ideal pit stop for ladies who lunch, pre-theatre diners and shopaholics. Once inside you're in for a sophisticated show; the nooks and crannies of this 16th century basement site are accentuated by trendy lighting and remarkable works of art.
On the food side, the sharing menu brings in a host of innovative starter size dishes such as crispy duck pancakes, pigeon breast and chorizo, pan-fried beef strips and pheasant casserole with herb dumplings. The table d'hote could feature a pâté de champagne with crusty bread and cornichons and lobster and crayfish risotto.
Huge sofas and coffee coloured walls create bring in a peaceful atmosphere in the bar area, and unwind with a glass of an expertly-crafted espresso martini. With happy cocktail hours, live music and bring-your-own nights there's lot to look forward to at Vaults.
