The Victoria's owner Mark Chester spent twelve years working under the wing of Terence Conran, training that certainly paid off when he set up his own incredibly successful venture. The Victoria is a highly sophisticated gastro pub offering temptation in the form of roast mallard with pommes dauphinoise, grilled calves liver with dolcelatte polenta and a good old fashioned rib-eye steak with chips and béarnaise sauce.
