Set within the Official World's Number One's bustling Entertainment Avenue, Water Margin at The O2 is spread over two floors and consists of a buffet restaurant upstairs and restaurant downstairs. Guests can expect a selection of set menus offering international specialities.

You could begin the meal with dishes such as deep fried prawn dumplings, breaded chicken fillets, curry samosa, smoked chicken, aromatic duck, deep fried fish fingers, pork chops with salt and pepper and prawn and chicken sesame toast. Continue with steamed salmon in black bean sauce, grilled spicy fish, king prawns with curry leaves, chicken with cashewnuts in yellow bean sauce, duck with pineapple and lychees, grilled beef with red curry sauce, king po lamb and pork chop with honey sauce. Sweet temptations include coconut jelly, strawberry gateaux, mixed fruit salad and apple fritters.  A wide range of wines, beers, spirits and aperitifs provides pleasures.
