The Wellington Inn
Chances Pitch, nr Great Malvern, WR13 6HW
Only a few minutes drive from Eastnor Castle, The Wellington Inn is a traditional country pub located on the western face of the Malvern Hills just below the British Camp, enjoying spectacular sunsets. Low ceiling, oak beams, log fires and warm décor that well complement the lively and friendly ambiance charm the locals and bring back frequent visitors. Chef Paul Haywood and his team bring to the table a balance of snacks and traditional pub favourites along with more contemporary culinary works. Freshly prepared nibbles such as mussels steamed in white wine, cream and garlic and country pork served with toast and homemade chutney puff up the appetite. Watch out for the specials' board and expect the likes of smoked mackerel pâté accompanied by horseradish cream and granary toast.Only a few minutes drive from Eastnor Castle, The Wellington Inn is a traditional country pub located on the western face of the Malvern Hills just below the British Camp, enjoying spectacular sunsets. The Wellington Inn is well ahead of the curve when it comes to real ales and as for the wine list, unusual, eclectic and extensive, are a few words that come to mind.

REVIEWS OF The Wellington Inn
Jules (5 April 2011)
This is a superb country pub with gorgeous food. The service is excellent and always friendly. On a sunny day the view from the beer garden is lovely, but equally the pub is warm and cosy, with its open fire and wood burner, during colder times. We eat and drink here as often as we can. From sandwiches to Sunday roasts the quality of the food is always great. If you are in or around Malvern it's well worth giving it a visit.
Caz and Colt Simmonds (27 January 2011)
We have visited this pub many times and are always pleased with the warm welcome, the consistency of the excellent food, excellent beers and wines, and the cosy atmosphere. The menu is great British pub fayre and on a cold winter night, the open fires are lovely. Very friendly staff and a great experience all round! Faultless!
