Opened in March 2004, The Zetter is the brainchild of fellow restaurateurs Michael Benyan and Mark Sainsbury. Named The Zetter, as it was once home to the football pools company of the same name, the newly transformed boutique hotel and restaurant opened three years ago and has gained instant popularity among visitors and locals alike. Bruno Loubet has brought his distinctive style of modern bistro food to The Zetter. His notorious creativity and attention to detail is evident in the menu. He uses classical techniques to produce an exciting combination of hearty regional food, contemporary dishes and reinterpreted classics. Delicate use of spice and Asian and North African ingredients helps create his unique take on modern bistrot food.
