Take a hearty appetite with you because the portions are generous and the food is wonderful home cooking. It's not the cheapest place we've ever eaten at, but it was terrific value and we'll definitely go again.

Visiting my sister in Longridge, my wife and I found Thyme and decided to have lunch. How lucky we were, the staff were lovely, great wine and outstanding food, and at very reasonable prices. We were so impressed that we decided to visit again for dinner at our earliest opportunity, which we did last week-end. The visit was even better. Head Chef and owner Alex Coward must be congratulated in finding and training a kitchen brigade and waiting staff of the highest calibre and providing food of a very high standard in a relaxing atmosphere. It’s fantastic, and a pleasure to visit.
