Head Chef Franco Gatto and his team have intelligently designed a very typical Italian menu, keeping seasonality in mind. To begin you could consider the likes of tuna tartar with cucumber and crispy vegetables, grilled calamari with rocket, and wild chicory salad with anchovies, balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Follow with red tagliolini cooked with seven fresh herbs, artichokes and a touch of garlic and chilli or ravioli filled with aubergine, goats' cheese and ricotta with butter, sage and walnuts.
