Head Chef Joanne Dempsey brings over twenty years of experience in the catering trade and prefers to keep things original with dishes such as grilled goats' cheese with chorizo and pine nut salad; pan-fried calves liver with creamed potatoes, and lemon brûlée tart with a Grand Marnier syrup. The light bites menu available during lunchtime and evenings features salads, omelettes and snacks amongst other favourites like moules mariniéres and beer battered cod and chips.

A giant terracotta style pot, complete with a table and cushions in the tiny hidden courtyard garden with a water feature accentuates the jungley appeal.
