Owner Rois Savvides's cooking skills may have helped him win his future wife over but there was more to come; from taking ownership of the Tower Inn Café in 1997 and working together to serve some delicious Greek Italian food, there has been no looking back. The dining area filled with colorful knick-knacks make an intriguing sight and diners are encouraged to take time and admire all that is on display.

How about starting your meal with fireworks? Saganaki opa is what it's called, imported Greek kasseri cheese flamed at the table or some spicy Buffalo wings tossed in a delicious sauce. Entrées include spinach pie triangles and chicken breast blackened with a special Cajun seasoning and monthly changing specials are a treat with the sweet jumbo shrimp stuffed with crabmeat filling and baked in a buttery sauce making a second appearance. Sparklers continue with the desserts as the homemade crème brûlée is flambéed at the table.
