Dishes are presented in a well-defined manner and encourage sharing; start off with carom seed and coriander stem crusted Koliwada shrimp with sweet red chilli chutney and grilled lamb chops marinated in ginger and Kashmiri chilli and served with mustard mooli. For mains there's fish curry cooked with coastal spices and coconut and whole baby chicken soaked in a curry leaf and white lentil marinade.
