With new owners and a fresh new image the Twisted Oak at Ide is now the place to be seen. With the best locally sourced produce at the right price, each dish is cooked to order by the kitchen, whilst the front of house staff provide a friendly, professional service. A great deal of time has been spent on devising their menu which caters for all tastes, incorporating classic pub favourites and more imaginative dishes with influences from around the globe, as well as their blackboard with seasonal specials and fresh locally caught fish. We have recently eaten at The Twisted Oak and in addition to the excellent, large meals the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We will be returning again soon, especially as there are grill deals on a Thursday evening. Definately recommended.

Only one review on this site reflects a true picture of the Twisted. The food is excellent and prices are reasonable. It is very good value for money and there is always something different on the specials menu. The staff are pleasant and polite. We had an awesome meal which tasted fantastic, served piping hot, cooked to order and presented with class. I loved it and would recommend to friends!
