Ty Mawr Mansion

Ty Mawr has not taken for granted the fact that it is the only place that offers luxurious accommodation and delicious dining in the Ceredigion area - everyone's made to feel special - the warm and friendly atmosphere play their parts exceedingly well in making this happen. The imposing exterior of the Grade II listed building reveals a beautifully restored interior, where nine beautiful suites and an intimate restaurant welcome visitors.

Over 90% of the seasonal produce that is used is sourced from within a ten mile radius of Ty Mawr. Dishes created from locally reared beef, lamb, pork and fresh fish ensures dining at the two AA Rosette restaurant is a delight. Pan-fried scallops are accompanied by crab ravioli, buttered leeks and saffron sauce, while a fillet of Welsh black beef could appear with mini cottage pie, truffled mash and baby carrots.

Whether you prefer to relax by watching wildlife or wish to go through more active pursuits such as chasing Ty Mawr's very own pigs, there is something for everyone to do there.
