Loch Fyne kippers, a fine bouillabaisse, braden rost, kiln-roasted salmon fillet, and the toothsome oysters on ice, with a selection of accompaniments, all are to be found throughout the various restaurants, as well as Glen Fyne 21 day aged rib-eye steak and Scottish smoked venison. There is invariably a well-travelled wine list available which is sensible, both in content and prices.

The Black Horse Restaurant is a traditional English Pub located on Overend Street, about a mile from Peterborough services. Housed in an exposed stone building, the recently refurbished restaurant is relaxed and comfortable, with a spacious dining area, open fires and a large garden to walk around. There are also private rooms where one can host large parties as well as weddings.

The menu is a mix of traditional and classic pub grub with dishes of chicken and leek pie being the most sought after. The food is fresh with many of the ingredients sourced locally and can be enjoyed in the spacious dining area or al fresco. In winters, the open fires and warm food create a relaxed and intimate setting.

The bar has an extensive stock of beers, fresh ales and wines in red, white and rose varieties to be enjoyed with the meal.
