Starr, The

This 500 year old timber framed hostelry overlooking the market place was opened in 1980. Terry and Louise George managed The Starr for many years, but took it over in November 2003. It is a family run restaurant with rooms which has gained a reputation for excellent food and fine wines, served in a friendly yet professional atmosphere.
