Located at the Cliftonville Hotel on the Cromer seafront, opposite the Sunken Gardens, Bolton's Bistro was first opened in 1995. Over the years it has established a well deserved reputation for its exciting and varied menu. The Constantia Cottage Restaurant brings alive the colourful world of Greek cuisine in their impeccable and friendly establishment and also offers a smattering of international dishes to please those who are fond of experimenting. The Yiasimi family which runs this restaurant is part of Constantia Brothers which is a renowned music group so you can most likely expect entertainment from those quarters.

The menu features a wide variety of starters that covers calamari as well as tarmasalata   while main courses bring traditional favourites such as moussaka and kleftiko to the table. Seafood is used extensively while vegetarians have good options too, and there's a delectable selection of desserts to choose from the trolley. The Greek mezze at Constantia Cottage Restaurant is simply wonderful although they also have a few regular English and French dishes for those who do not find their appetites to be accommodating.

The Norfolk Coast is dotted with numerous fish and chip restaurants and Mary Jane's Fish Bar in Cromer is undoubtedly one of the most well loved. There's not much fanfare involved with the décor but it hardly matters because everyone is there for the tasty fish and chips. Long queues wind up outside the restaurant during the peak of the holiday season when everyone just wants to munch on their favourite food at the seafront.

In the highly unlikely case that you don't want to eat fish, there are a number of other options that can be of interest such as pizzas, chicken and spare ribs. Do keep an eye out for some of their delicious extras such as pickled eggs and onions or mushy peas; they tip the balance favourably ever so slightly, but what a difference it makes!
