Conservatory Restaurant, The

Located in a Georgian hotel on the Newmarket Road. There is a happy coming together of influences from the Mediterranean and from the native Norfolk, both at the table and elsewhere. You could do very well on crispy Norfolk duck breast served with parsnip crisps and a redcurrant sauce.
