The old adage applies - if the natives eat there you're on to a good thing. Well the Japanese certainly eat here, in great numbers, so much so that you're pushed to get in some nights. The sushi is exceptional - though some of the combinations like sea urchin and raw quail's egg are a bit wierd for our tastes - and many of the other dishes carry a whiff of the exotic.
