Set in a beautiful Grade II listed stone building which dates back to 1860, The Bustard Inn sits in a lovely peaceful Lincolnshire village between Sleaford and Ancaster. The striking features of this magnificent building include the courtyard, the brew house and the stable, which make up part of the dining area and the prettyoriel window looks on to the beer garden offering guests an authentic dining experience in relaxed and comfortable surroundings.

The restaurant area has been beautifully restored to highlight the stone walls and original timbers and the interior features light and fresh colours reflected in the stone with tapestries and pictures. The Bustard has recently been awarded the prestigious AA Rosette for culinary excellence.

Fillet of beef with rostii potato, roast chump of lamb with ratatouille, and tomato, aubergine and chick pea fondue are some excellent filling options. If you fancy something lighter then try pan fried king prawns in garlic butter, and pork and black pudding terrine with homemade chutney.
