Snooty Fox has recently undergone a refurbishment resulting in a certain loss of formality about which few tears seem to have been shed. Well set in the heart of Tetbury the Fox attracts a jolly crowd of upmarket rustics and the atmosphere is louche.

Trouble House, The

Gloucestershire Newcomer of the Year in 2003, Michael and Sarah Bedford took over this Wadworth's pub by the lower band and gave it a jolly good makeover. Whilst it is true that the basic material was there the change is profound and as with so many things the fact that it has been done simply is the main ingredient of its success.
