From the à la carte, starters could include deep fried breaded whitebait with homemade tartare sauce followed by a hearty smothered rump 8 oz steak topped with mushrooms and onions sautéed in garlic butter and topped with melted Stilton. The whole Newbold experience is complemented by a carefully chosen drinks list, comprising of both New and Old World wines, while they also serve a selection of well kept traditional ales as well as modern beers and lagers.
