As far as eating is concerned there is a choice between the split level lounge/dining room or the lofted bistro. In the former such delights as lobster champagne thermidor or rack of saltmarsh lamb with fresh rosemary sauce await your close attention, whilst up in the Bistro you can choose between fajitas, parpadelle with salmon or crostini with Mediterranean vegetables.
