The gastronomic journey can begin with spiced chicken terrine served with coconut jelly and coconut crisp and Boston scallops with pickled cucumber, coriander and shallot dressing. Moving on, try Yorkshire venison with creamed cabbage and bacon and smoked haddock with black pudding mash, cheese sauce and smoked fish foam. Glazed tangy lemon tart with raspberry sorbet and strawberry mille fleur with strawberry jelly provide a perfect ending to a relaxing meal.
