Thriving favourably under the new management, headed by Chef Ian, Rowan Tree offers an excellent choice of menu and caters to most dietary requirements. Using locally sourced ingredients, which complement his culinary skills, he comes up with innovative and pleasing dishes.

A meal there could begin with the butternut squash, leek and sage risotto followed by tender rack of lamb, dauphinoise potatoes and Madeira sauce, ending with light, creamy cheesecake with ginger crumbs and balsamic strawberries. The ambience is suitable for intimate dining and the carefully selected wine list provides choices to suit most palates and the stimulating menu.
