Chef proprietor Scott Hessel - once described as 'the wild boy of Yorkshire chefs' - is spreading his wings at this 200 year old former coaching inn, set in the small village of Rishworth, lying on the border of Yorkshire and Lancashire.

Not quite the sort of establishment one would expect to find in the middle of muck and brass country, this trés chic conversion of a Yorkshire pub, presided over by Glen Futter, formerly of the then three Michelin starred Chez Nico in London.
