Swinside Lodge Hotel is a Georgian Lakeland property situated at the foot of Cat Bells in the beautiful Newlands Valley. Consider seared scallops and black pudding for a start, rosemary roasted fillet of Cumbrian lamb, or sun-dried tomato risotto, rosti, kumquat relish and red wine jus to follow, with warm dark chocolate brownie to finish.

The wines are sourced from family growers who use traditional methods, observe conservation cultivation in order to respect the environment and produce 'clean' wines.
