It features a Turkish barbeque, with chefs preparing food fresh to order right in front of you on the first floor, and a restaurant and tavern offering a Mediterranean à la carte menu on the ground floor.
For lunch or dinner Ephesus offers garlic mushrooms, bbq spare ribs, spicy meatballs, stuffed vine leaves, grilled Turkish spicy sausage, Albanian lamb liver and chilli king prawn, for a start. More substantial fare includes lamb casserole, minced lamb koftes, breast of chicken in a creamy mushroom sauce, spinach and mushroom stuffed chicken breast with a mushroom risotto and marinated swordfish skewered with onions and green peppers and char grilled. Vegetarians can enjoy musakka, risotto with courgettes, roasted peppers and tomato and stuffed peppers. From the grill sample a variety of kebabs, steaks and fish, all cooked in the traditional way.
