Everyman Bistro & Bars
If you have been to Liverpool and not visited Everyman you really have missed one of the best bits. In a basement under the theatre of the same name Everyman has been looking after the eating and drinking requirements of Scousers and foreigners (ie other parts of UK) for thirty years and shows not the slightest sign of losing its touch.

Far East
One of the early starters on Merseyside, setting the pace for Chinese restaurants in the 1980's. The décor is unchallenging but for consistently good food Far East takes some beating. Sitting over an oriental cash and carry with a car park above it, it could be said to have everything.

Fifty One
An Italian restaurant specialising in fresh fish and shellfish, on the Promenade opposite the Southport Theatre and Floral Hall. The place boasts an impressive modern entrance, this leads on to a beautiful Victorian interior with high ceilings and original wood floors that all create a pleasantly atmospheric venue to dine in.
