Milanos Restaurant (Presteigne)

I have visited this restaurant many times. The food is always excellent and I particularly recommend the Italian chicken casserole. There are a good variety of British and Italian dishes on their menus. The chef and staff are all very friendly and helpful. Norton Manor is a beautiful building in lovely rural surroundings.

Bruce Arms, The (Masham)

This place has been closed for a while but has now apparently re-opened with new owners. We were passing recently and popped in and had a fantastic meal - much better standard than usual pub food. There is a fantastic Georgian dining room and a nice cosy bar area as well. We highly recommend a visit.

Red Hot World Buffet - Nottingham (Nottingham)

Great fun and good food with loads of main dishes and not to mention the delicious desserts. It’s a great opportunity to try all kinds of dishes and puddings and it’s fantastic value. A big thumbs up!

Al Fassia (Windsor)

My husband and I live in California but go back to visit his family in Plymouth every year. We stumbled upon Al Fassia when we were passing through Windsor and just loved it. Now we make it a point to eat there every year when we visit. The staff are always very friendly and the food is fantastic. We look forward to coming every year and we have never been disappointed.

Mint 3 Contemporary Indian Cuisine (Stratford-upon-Avon)

It’s been a long time since I've visited Stratford, but I was actually taken by surprise, the new comer Mint 3 is small but an unbelievable restaurant. They serve very good curry especially their most famous dish chicken Jaipur. My friend tried the tandoori mix cocktail served sizzling hot, and it looked absolutely mouth-watering, from a blend of fine spices down to the texture. The staff were very polite and helpful and it’s a great place with no food delays. I liked their lassi and the desserts are extremely mouth watering. It’s 100% recommended.

Nantyffin Cider Mill Inn (Crickhowell)

I have eaten there many times, the couple who run it very friendly and most helpful. It’s in a beautiful part of Wales and if anywhere near you should dine there and you will not be disappointed. Wish the couple every success for many more years.

Moonrakers Restaurant (Alfriston)

The village and the restaurant are truly beautiful. We were a bit late so I rang to tell them and the manager was very good on the phone - very warm. When we arrived they sat us on the sofa to look at the menus and order, which was quite a nice touch as it was comfy to sit there and talk and then be shown to table. The lovely lunch menu was good and small but then I quite like that - easy to choose and quite normal for lunch these days. The wine was really lovely - quite pricey by the glass I thought until it arrived and it was a very big glass. No problem there! The food was fantastic - lovely full flavours, beautifully presented, cooked with skill great and good value for money. I also really like the way service is added and it's only 10%. Highly recommended!

Eastern Eye, The (Bath)

I had an excellent evening at The Eastern Eye a few nights ago. The first thing that I noticed when I walked in was the extraordinary décor, with beautiful full wall authentic paintings and a huge three domed ceiling, the interior is truly unique and a must see. When were shown to our seats we got to see the very wide ranging menu but we took the waiters advice on what to go for and we were far from disappointed. The food matched the excellence of the interior, that combined with fantastic service makes this restaurant one that we are definitely going to come back to and the best Indian restaurant we've been to by far.

Coal Grill & Bar (Basingstoke)

Excellent! I have been to Coal Grill and Bar a few times now and am always bowled over by how professional and helpful the staff are and how nice the food tastes. It's really cosy, so good for these cold nights. It’s well recommended.
