Our most recent visit to 54 Farringdon confirmed to us that this wonderful restaurant prepares the finest Malay food around. The ambiance and service is second to none and we look forward to returning.

54 Farringdon is a peach of a little restaurant. Intimate spaces but with the theatre of the kitchen in view – it’s well worth searching out.

This restaurant is simply the bee's knees when it comes to fantastic, delicious food, great service and excellent value for money. The so-called fusion of Malaysian and British cuisine might, at first, seem a little crazy but it really does work! Try the fabulous lamb shanks or signature slow roasted pork belly and die! Wonderful food in a relaxed, laid back setting that never fails to please. Also try the new Chinta Bar downstairs for chilling out before or after dinner. The owners John and Mazlan have put their heart and soul into this place and are starting to attract much well deserved attention. Long may they thrive, Viva 54!

54 Farringdon is an experience for all the senses; the food is excellent, the aroma of spices, too enticing, the ambiance, warm and friendly, and the staff attentive. It is easily my favourite restaurant. Seeing your food expertly cooked is a buzz.

Myself and several friends have been to 54 just for the wonderful food, service and value for money which in the current climate is relevant

The atmosphere and friendly welcome make it well worth a visit and they also do a wonderful Sunday Roast
