Excellent spot and delicious food. The house smoked platter is wonderful and reflects the ethos of the place - they make everything from scratch. I would highly recommend it!

A lovely spot, we had been there last weekend and enjoyed a delicious, well cooked meal served by attentive and friendly staff. I’m definitely going back.

I had visited the restaurant with three colleagues and we were charmed. The staff were most welcoming - we even had a tour of the smoke house and kitchen garden. Good beer and excellent food (fish and chips to die for, home made tartar sauce etc) - we had an absolutely first class evening and would be visiting again shortly - thoroughly recommended.
